Students can obtain the Application form for Shortening Period of Study from the Registry website in June-July and November-December. To submit Application for Shortening Period of Study, student should complete application form and attach unofficial transcript, academic plan, exempted subjects and credit notification letter(if any), and other supplementary material to the major School for endorsement.
If the application is endorsed by School, it will be sent to Registry Office for further review.
Please read the relevant regulation carefully before application.
Students who are approved shortened period of study should pay tuition fees in the usual way before their official graduation. If the student can finally graduate ahead of the normal schedule, after the official graduation he/she can apply for a partial refund(if any) based on the proportion of the actual study time.
