What identity verification procedures should be completed if I do not carry a valid ID during the examination?

If you do not carry a valid ID during the examination period, you must come to the Registry Office for verification during the examination week (with your valid ID and the Student Without Valid Student ID Card Form); after the examination week, students who have not yet been verified must go to the course offering school for verification as soon as possible.

When and how the centralized final examination arrangement for each term will be announced?

Final exam timetable
The centralized final exam timetable will be posted on the Registry Office website three weeks before the exam week and all students will be notified by email at that time.

Seat arrangement 
Students could access their exam information via the designated link/QR code one week before the centralized exam, including: course, timetable, exam classroom and seat number. Students will be notified by email at that time.

Will the school arrange make-up examinations for students who cannot take their final examinations due to unforeseen circumstances?

Students who cannot take their final exams due to unforeseen circumstances may apply for absence from centralized exams, and please refer to application of "Absence From Centralized Examinations" for details.　

If there are make-up examinations, are the marking scheme and the criteria the same as the regular examinations?

Marking scheme and criteria are at the discretion of each course instructor, who has the right to make adjustments based on the situation of the student when applying for a supplementary examination, so as to maintain fairness to all the other students in the same course.
