Each graduate should complete the clearance procedure at the University administrative units before collecting the Graduation Certificate. Please refer to relevant email announcements for details.

 

1. Certifying Letter of Completion (without Honours) can be applied on a need basis after the graduation assessment. The application procedure will be announced via email and normally it takes three working days to process. Certifying Letter of Completion (with Honours) will be centrally issued to each graduate after the approval from the CUHK. Additional copies can be supplied on a need basis, and normally it takes three working days to process. 
2. Graduation Certificate is normally issued one month after the graduation assessment. The details regarding the time for collection and the procedures will be provided to each graduate via email.
3. Degree Certificate is normally issued after the degree conferment of CUHK. The printing timeframe of the certificate will be defined by CUHK from time to time. The details regarding the time for collection and the procedures will be provided to each graduate via email.

The abovementioned documents should be collected at the Registry Office by the graduate in person with valid identity proof. Graduation Certificate and Degree Certificate are important documents and shall NOT be dispatched by courier under any circumstance. Courier service may be provided for Certifying Letter upon request.

 

1. Certifying Letter of Completion, indicating your personal information, completed programme (s) (including first major, and second major, minor, if any), the degree to be awarded, and honours (only available after the approval from the CUHK);
2. Graduation Transcript;
3. Graduation Certificate;
4. Degree Certificate (only for students satisfying the requirements for the award of degree, please refer to Clause 12.0 of the General Regulations Governing Undergraduate Studies).
