Abided by the regulations of the Ministry of Education, all graduates (excluding mainland students admitted outside the National Colleges and Universities Enrolment System) are required to confirm their graduation information recorded in ‘China Higher Education Student Information (CHSI)’ (http://www.chsi.com.cn/) within a certain period.

The Registry Office will send the  announcements and instructions to graduating students via email in the middle of expected graduation term.    

Abided by the regulations of the Ministry of Education, all students are required to register online on the designated platform of ‘China Higher Education Student Information (CHSI)’ (http://www.chsi.com.cn/). 


On this platform, students' status during the study period will be recorded and centrally administered. Furthermore, the Graduation Certificate will be registered on this platform based on the same information upon the completion of students' study. Students are required to check the relevant graduation information before they graduate. Freshmen (excluding international students) are required to log in the platform and confirm their own registered information before November in their first admitted term. The Registry Office will send the  announcements and instructions via email.

Students can retrieve the CHSI username or password through the website.
