A Student admitted to CUHK(SZ) will also be registered as a student of CUHK. In the former capacity, s/he will be subject to Regulations approved by CUHK(SZ) with authority derived from its own Constitution as an entity that is independently incorporated; in the latter capacity, s/he will be subject to Regulations approved by the CUHK Senate, with authority derived from the CUHK Ordinance.
