Course Selection and Add/Drop
Course Selection
Under normal circumstances, a Student shall take at least 9 units and no more than 18 units of courses in any term within the normative study period, no more than 6 units of courses in each summer session, and no Student shall take more than 39 units in an academic year. Detailed information on course selection of each semester will be announced via e-mail by Registry in due course.
Course Add/Drop
Students can add/drop courses in the Student Information System within the prescribed period.
Students who apply to add/drop courses those cannot be self-operated in the Student Information System (unfulfilled enrollment requirement, quota limit etc.), must submit the application(s) within the prescribed period to the course offering school for approval.

Late Add/Drop
Note: Late course add/drop will only be approved with very special reasons beyond students’ control. In general, failure to observe the add/drop schedule or negligence in checking final course enrollment results will not be accepted as reasons for late add. Late add/drop application form need to be collected from Registry Office or downloaded from Registry Official Website.
