Undergraduate Late Course Add
Instructions on Late Course Add
Late course add will only be approved with very special reasons beyond students’ control. In general, failure to observe the add/drop schedule or negligence in checking final course enrollment results will NOT be accepted as reasons for late course add.
1. Application Channels
Students can submit late course add applications via SIS: Self Service > Personal Center > My Application > Late Course Add.
2. Application Materials
a. Instructor's Comment
b. Personal Statement/Study Plan: Please provide a plan on how you will catch up on or make up for missed classes, assignments, quizzes, and other coursework.
c. Latest Unofficial Transcript
d. Class Schedule
e. Additional Materials (if applicable): Certain courses may require additional materials. Please refer to the relevant notices from the Schools and Registry for specific requirements.
3. Approval Flow
Course Offering School> Home School> Registry Office
4. Notification of Results:
Email notice. Students can also check the status of their application through the Approval Flow feature located at the bottom of the application page in the SIS.
