Absence From Centralized Exam: 1. When should I apply? 2. What are the condition and process involve of the application? 3. How could I check the result ?

Students can refer to the Guideline for Applications related to UG Examinations on the Registry Office website and submit their applications via SIS with relevant supporting documents (e.g. hospital medical records dated on the day of the relevant examination).A student who is absent from any examination without permission shall be given a failure grade in that examination. All make-up arrangements, if approved, must be completed within 15 days after the Centralized Course Examination week by the course concerned.

Note: A student who for medical or other compelling reasons is unable to sit for any course examination shall apply with supporting materials at the earliest possible instance but in any case not later than five working days after the examination, and late applications will not be accepted. Personal reasons such as forgetting the examination time will not be accepted.

Students submit the application, upload → Course Offering Schools instructor’s approval and supporting materials 

学生在线填写申请表并上传老师同意文件及证明材料 → 开课学院

*Non-centralized examinations refer to examinations administered independently by the course offering school, including Summer Session examinations and final examinations in individual courses arranged by the school.

1. Students must read the relevant instructions listed on the application page in the SIS before submitting their applications.
2. All supporting materials must be combined into one document for uploading.
3. Students can check the status of their application via SIS. If an application is in progress, please keep track of the status.
