Students can obtain the application form from the reception counter of the Registry Office or download it from the Registry's website, complete the form with relevant supporting documents and submit it to the Course offering School for approval. The school will pass your application to Registry Office if they endorse it.  If your application is finally approved, Registry Office would send you a notification email. 

Note: Application forms for Incomplete Coursework must be submitted to the relevant department by the deadline of the coursework. Late applications will not be accepted.
The application of incomplete coursework only applies to the assignments that count towards the final grade, and the reasons for the request are those beyond the student's control.
