For resumption application (including Exchange &Visiting programme purpose), students shall submit their application form with necessary supporting documents in the Student Information System.

Please refer to the relevant Instruction Manual on the Registry website under the "Applications". After obtaining relevant endorsement, the result will be announced via email.

For suspension application (including Exchange &Visiting programme purpose), students shall submit the application form with necessary supporting documents in the 
Student Information System. Please refer to the relevant Instruction Manual on the Registry website under the "Applications".  After obtaining relevant endorsement from the School Office and the Registry Office, the result will be sent to the applicant via email.

If the application is approved, students should complete the suspension clearance procedure outlined in the announcement email.

Please note that applications for suspension of studies of a term will not be accepted if the application is submitted after last teaching day of the term.
