Students are required to log in the Student Affairs Management System and follow the instructions to complete the withdrawal clearance process. 

If you have questions about any steps in the clearance procedures, you should contact relevant units indicated for assistance.

For Withdrawal application, students shall submit the application form with necessary supporting documents via the 
Student Information System. Please refer to the relevant Instruction Manual on the Registry website under the "Applications".  
                                                                                                                                                                        
You can check the status of your withdrawal application in the system. Once the application is approved, the result and instructions for further actions will be available in the system.
