How to log in the Blackboard System? How to retrieve my password?

Students can log in the Blackboard system with CUHK(SZ) account. If you forgot the password, you can retrieve password by contacting ITSO Office.

When a course is added/dropped in the Student Information System(SIS), it is not synchronized to my Blackboard schedule. How long does it take to add/remove the course in Blackboard system?

Due to the frequent changes and huge amount of course selection data, real-time synchronization cannot be achieved between SIS and Blackboard.
Usually it takes 1-2 working days during add/drop period to complete the synchronization. As for late add/late drop period, the data synchronization may takes 1-3 working days.

How to upload course work to Veriguide system?

Blackboard has been integrated with the Veriguide system. After course instructors create a Veriguide assignment link on the Blackboard course page, students can upload their assignments to the Blackboard and the system will automatically complete the duplication check.
